Spend £20 or more to receive FREE Evri (2-4 Day) Delivery. Upgrade to DPD Next Day for just £3.49.

Spend £75 or more for Free DPD Next Day Delivery

 

Standard Shipping Terms

Place an order by 1pm Monday to Friday and we will dispatch your order same day. If you place after 1pm, your order may get dispatched on the day or it will be dispatched on our next working day. 

In some cases, we may need to change the service we use for delivery however a full shipment refund will be issued if the service is downgraded for whatever reason. If Evri do not deliver to your address on the selected date, we reserve the right to use Royal Mail 48hr (2-3 working day service).

Any shipping discounts cannot be used in conjunction with shipping upgrades or be exchanged for physical cash or store credit. 

All orders will be dispatched on a first come first served basis from our store at Unit 17, faraday mill business park, PL4 0ST. If you would like to change your delivery address or service, please get in touch by phone or email as a matter of urgency.

Please note we cannot change shipment details once tracking has been added and our couriers have picked up your parcel. You will need to wait for the order to arrive back in store before we can assist you with your order.
