Refund policy
In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied it must be reported within 48 hours and where necessary, returns must be sent by Recorded delivery within 14 days. Goods will only be accepted for exchange or credit by prior arrangement.
If the error is our fault we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us.
If you have ordered an incorrect item, an exchange can be made within the 14 days limit. Please note, in this case P&P will be charged again.
