Local Delivery & Store Collection

Spend £75 or more and receive FREE local delivery.

Local deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

For same-day local delivery, please place your order before 10am on a Tuesday or Thursday. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered on the next available local delivery day.

You can also choose FREE in-store collection at checkout. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect from:

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm may still be dispatched that day where possible; otherwise, they will be dispatched on our next working day.

All orders are processed and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis.

Delivery Services

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may mean we need to change the delivery service used for your order. If we have to downgrade a delivery service that you have paid for, we will refund the shipping charge in full.

Shipping discounts cannot be used alongside delivery upgrades and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

Changing Your Delivery Details

If you need to change your delivery address or delivery service, please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible.

Once tracking has been added and your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address or delivery service.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will need to wait until it has arrived back at our store before we can arrange the next steps.
