Secure Payments

Payments made through our online store are processed securely using Shopify and the relevant payment provider.

Tia’s Beauty does not directly store your full credit or debit card details.

Klarna

Where available, you may be able to choose Klarna as your payment method at checkout.

Klarna payment options are subject to eligibility, approval and Klarna’s own terms and conditions. Tia’s Beauty does not control whether an individual customer is accepted for a Klarna payment option.

Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on the Tia’s Beauty website include VAT where applicable.

VAT will be shown separately on your invoice where appropriate.

There is no minimum order value.

Payment Authorisation

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed and dispatched.

If your payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your order may not be completed. Your bank or payment provider may be able to provide further information about a declined transaction.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used to place the order.

Once we have processed a refund, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
