DESPATCH TIMES
All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of being received. If bought on a business working day before 1pm your order will be dispatched the same day.

NO MINIMUM ORDER IS REQUIRED.

ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT - THIS WILL BE SHOWN SEPARATELY IN YOUR INVOICE.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
UK DELIVERIES

If you live in mainland UK all orders are sent by DPD next working day Tracked post. 

If you live in Northern Ireland or British Islands ie Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands etc your order will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 signed for post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can trace it every step of the way.  

Please note:- if delivery is attempted whilst you are out, royal mail will offer a second delivery attempt on a day that suits you (you will need your red 'we tried to deliver whilst you were out' card and log onto royal mails website to do this or it will be taken to your local delivery depot for collection.  They will keep your parcel for 1 week before returning it to us.  In this event, it is the customers responsibility to pay postage costs again to resend the parcel.  Alternatively a refund will be made for the cost of the goods only, not the original postage charge. 

DPD only deliver Monday to Friday.  Weekend and Bank holiday deliveries will not be made.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

We currently only offer delivery within the UK. .

In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied it must be reported within 48 hours and where necessary, returns must be sent by Recorded delivery within 14 days. Goods will only be accepted for exchange or credit by prior arrangement.

If the error is our fault we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us.

If you have ordered an incorrect item, an exchange can be made within the 14 days limit. Please note, in this case P&P will be charged again.

We do not offer goods on sale or return.

GENERAL TERMS

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose.  Galaxy Nails Ltd  T/A Tia's Beauty accepts no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without quailfied supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by us.  Colour swatches are as close as possible to the original product ( all pictures have been taken of the original product and are not computer generated) but please be aware some colours vary do to monitor display's. 

TRADE ONLY (Acrylic Nail products only)

Galaxy Nails Ltd offers products strictly to trade users only and does not sell directly to the general public.  All sales made by us are to trade users only and Galaxy Nails  Ltd reserves the right to request details of Qualifications at anytime.

By placing your order you are confirming that you are not a consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the purposes of the Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use.  You are also confirming that you have the required qualifications and insurance to use the products and equipment purchased from the seller.

As a UK based website we endeavour to ensure that all personal information provided is handled in accordance to the 1998 UK Data Protection Act and use technology (SSL - Secure Sockets Layer) that protects your information (including credit card details) from unauthorised use or access while being transmitted via the Internet.

We will not sell, distribute or disclose any information we hold on you to any third parties unless you have provided your consent or are required or permitted to do so by law.

The on-line shopping function of the Site uses cookies enable the ordering process. These are small text files which are stored on your computer and enable the Site to recognise you. They are not computer programmes and are incapable of reading any material on your hard disk. They only contain such information that is required for the operation of the Site. You can configure your computer to disallow the creation of cookies, but this will mean that you will be unable to use the shopping facility on the Site.
