Tia’s Beauty is a trading name of Galaxy Nails Ltd.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Delivery & Dispatch Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability shown on our website are accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur or a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If we are unable to supply an item, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative where agreed.

We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale or change our product range at any time.

Product Colours & Images

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors outside our control.

Product images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products being sold, but packaging and presentation may occasionally change.

Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.

VAT will be shown separately on your invoice where appropriate.

There is no minimum order value.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted at the agreed price.

Professional & Trade-Only Acrylic Products

Certain acrylic nail products sold by Tia’s Beauty are intended strictly for professional/trade use.

Where a product is identified as professional or trade-only, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate training, knowledge, qualifications and, where applicable, insurance required to use that product safely and correctly.

Galaxy Nails Ltd T/A Tia’s Beauty reserves the right to request evidence of relevant professional qualifications before supplying products designated as trade-only.

If appropriate evidence cannot be provided when requested, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Safe & Correct Product Use

Products purchased from Tia’s Beauty must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions, safety information and guidance supplied with the product or provided by the manufacturer.

Professional products should only be used by persons with the appropriate knowledge and training.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
